I've been challenged to drop my buff & do the towel challenge

As a long time Survivor fan, I don't think there has been a tougher episode of the show to watch than seeing Lee's leave the game due to his mum's unfortunate passing from a stroke - trust me, I've seen a lot of Survivor - 894 episodes to be exact.

But in the darkness & sadness of that moment, it is awesome for the Survivor fan community to come together & get a little cheeky for a great cause

In 2020 there will be almost 56,000 new and recurrent strokes, that is one stroke every 9 minutes.

With stats like that, it's no wonder why stroke is one of Australia's biggest killers & a leading cause of disability. It kills more women than breast cancer and more men than prostate cancer.

The aim of this entire campaign is $77,000 (from Lee's Cricket Number being 77), but I think we can bowl it over and smash that for 6 (I hope I got that terminology right ... cricket is not really my thing).

So, I've donated $69 & have set the donation target at $690 - It's a drop in the ocean compared to what the Stroke Foundation needs, but any small amount will help the Stroke Foundation provide stroke researchers with the funding they need to find the next game-changer in stroke.

And to anyone who is giggling at the above donation amounts - well, why not? A challenge as cheeky, silly & fun as this deserves a similarly cheeky & fun donation amount - And best of all, it's all for a great cause. :)

PS: Sorry for the ungodly amounts of hair in my pictures.
